Yard Work

I am working on landscaping my poor yard, as it has been neglected for a while. I want to make a rock patio around a fire pit in the front yard and we are in the process of fencing in the back yard. It has reached critical importance as my daughter is RUNNING everywhere she goes! It would also be nice to have a nice place to entertain outside. My daughter, Emma, and a friend of mine's daughter were playing in the yard and they have a tendency to wander off. It sure will be nice to just turn them loose in the back yard and relax a little! Lovely Day!

Today my daughter was in fine form! When I went to get her up this morning she was playing with her toes. As soon as she saw me walk in she tried to hand me her bottle and her blanket, jabbering all the way! As I was changing her diaper we engaged in a rowdy game of "what does the puppy/kitty cat say?", afterwards as I was dressing her and she was trying to ride her rocking horse, I noticed an ant... I got to searching and realized there is a small infestation of ants along one wall coming down from the window... Guess a call to the exterminator is in my future... So long for now!
